• Maintain the security of your password and account.
• Notify Kaptr.io immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and the information you provide.

4. Subscription and Payment

Kaptr.io offers subscription plans with varying levels of features and support. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Kaptr.io reserves the right to change the subscription fees at any time, with notice provided to you.

5. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services.

• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Kaptr.io, a Kaptr.io employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
